Abstract
Levels of massive gray gypsum are restricted to the basal part of the Rosablanca Formation in the regions near the junction of the Chicamocha and Suarez rivers, in the municipality of Los Santos, department of Santander. Reserves calculated from surface data indicate the presence of a deposit of considerable size and, according to chemical analyses, of very good quality.
