Abstract
This project aims to perform the financial evaluation of the exploration study of ilmenite, magnetite, and apatite, conducted in 1990 in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Interesting prospects of these minerals were found in this area that merit the continuation of exploration by Ingeominas and performing a financial evaluation of what has been explored so far and see how it behaves in terms of the main variables used in it.
To develop the topic, geological, mining, physical, social, geographical, and statistical factors were considered, and the human talent required to carry out possible exploitation.
