Abstract
This report presents the work of the National Geological Survey for February 1953. Initially, this report mentions Dr. Sandoval’s concepts on Petroleum proposals, the Becerril Concession of the International Petroleum’s Annual reports, and then the reports rendered during the month are listed: No. 897 Hubach, E., No. 898 Hubach, E., No. 899 Hubach, E., No. 901 Hubach, E., No. 902 Diezemann, W., and No. 903 Diezemann, W. The monthly reports of the Photogeology section are presented, No. 904 Nelson, H.W, the report of the Petrography section, Paleontology, Paleobotany, and Geological Museum. Finally, reports on regional services such as the National Metallurgical Plant, the Mining Development Laboratory in Pasto, the Smelting and Testing Laboratory in Quibdó, and the Geological Survey Building are presented.
